Briarcliffe College Hosts
our panel presentation annually at two of its campuses. Promotes our Buddy Walk. Contributes items
to our raffle. Jaqueline Naughton, Director of Academic Student Learning Center, has been our link to the college and has become a faithful supporter of Alexander's Angels, Inc. For our 3rd
Buddy Walk Ms Naughton sought and found a student who delighted our participants with his juggling act. She also
sought and found the bullhorn we used at our 2nd Buddy Walk. And, she has encouraged Graphic Design students to
create a logo for Alexander's Angels--we look forward to seeing the finished product.
Hofstra University. Actively participates in all of Alexander's
Angels events. Two student organizations, SEGA and NSSLHA were well represented at this year's Buddy Walk.

For the past three years, SPED 211 professors Mary Lou Bensy and Jo Richards have attended the Buddy Walk
accompanied by what seems like most students in their classes. Last year four of their students dressed up in costumes greeted
the "buddywalkers" as they made their way back from the walk.
Long Island University/C. W. Post School of Education. Hosted the panel presentations in 2007 with the
participation of one of their professors, Dr. Kathleen Feeley. Contributed signs to our 2nd Buddy Walk that
were reused in the last year's event. Facilitated
the use of the Hutchins Gallery for the first DOWNrightART exhibit. Provides space for volunteers meetings.
St Joseph's College. The St.
Joseph's Dance Club has delighted participants of the Buddy Walk for the past three years. Child Study Club has hosted The
Up of Down: An Insight Into the World of Down Syndrome. Honor Society Lambda Pi Eta provided twenty volunteers for Alexander's
