This 28-minute film, with reporter, Geraldo Rivera, was one of the first exposes on local television. Alex Eisen, a Mineola resident who teaches in Port Washington, is raising funds for NYU Langone hospitals, of which our sponsor Winthrop Hospital is a part.  Alex says:  On my 30th birthday I will be running 30 miles to raise money for the NYU Langone Healthcare System in the fight against the Novel Coronavirus pandemic.  His goal?  To raise $30,000.

SUJEET DESAI

Sujeet Desai, first musician with Down syndrome to perform at Carnegie Hall, will play the seven instruments he masters when the concert he had planned for us takes place.  Date will be announced here when it is safe to reschedule.
