Our one-mile walk where all teams walk together is only one component of a fun, inspirational, and educational event that celebrates the abilities and accomplishments of individuals with Down syndrome.
Established by the National Down Syndrome Society in 1995,to celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness month in October, the Buddy Walk(R) has grown to at least one in every state and several abroad.
